it was in 2019 that all work on the groton facility stopped because fcel had a liquidity issue and didnt have the working capital needed to continue on...lol...i wonder if thats what being referred to as bureaucratic issues?..

my understanding is that the toyota facility was due to start up on June 30th...obviously it wont...did toyota grant an extension already?...

fcel sure seems to be in involved in a lot of extensions lately...wonder why?..
