Why DSCR is a HORRIBLE investment

1. 2,000,000,000 shares issued over authorized common stock capital;

2. Most flagrant pump and dump I have ever witnessed;

3. Used inside information of a future press release (May 11) to FOMO DSCR's 3,000 Twitter followers;

4. Who acted and drove the volume and share price up more than 400%, and to the tune of more than $50,000,000 in trading volume;

5. Issued a bogus coin DSC, lied about it being backed by Bitcoin, ETH Gold and SIlver;

6. Omitted $2,500,000 is DSC coin sales from disclosure;

7. Lied to the Secretary of State of Wyoming in a filing to increase the authorized common stock capital from 5,000,000,000 - 10,000,000,000;

8. Company is too much of a coward to ever address 1-7 in any communication or filing;

9. Company blew exemption on 15c 211 in October with Pinks to get current;

10, Now because they are a Shell Risk, only way to get current is to file a 15 c 211 with a Broker Dealer;

11. Sponsoring broker dealer IMHO is going to discover issued raised here and decline;

12. CE since December, 2021, with no explanation from company why,
but we all know the reason why F.P. :)

13. 0 Revenue over 13 years with ZERO revenue, not a dime, only means of survival is by selling newly minted stock. This is why the board exist, infested with stock promoters and bag holders, who would rather rip you off then tell the truth.
