the attempt was being made in a pilot facility in what most surmised was S. Korea...that facility was capable of commercial amounts but the quality of the product produced wasnt good enough....

like i said, they tried but it didnt work out...i do not believe there was dishonesty in that attempt...it simply failed...

the blame of course went to the facility's infrastructure...now whether or not THAT was true is anyone's guess...and thats when the idea was born that Vietnam's infrastructure WAS the solution...i dont know why because the problem was only described as a "infrastructure" issue...and no one knows what that really meant...
