Yes this is true which is why they tend to hold a majority of shares until profitable in a start up.
Fired isn't the issue for a start up CEO. It's SEC violations and disciplines that the avoid without forward looking statements. Not job security.
You are speaking of a CEO of an established company that has fundamentals for shareholders to use to judge performance.
There is no way to judge the performance of something never accomplished.
Kim is currently setting the bar. I expect it to be set quite low.
All I really want is for it to be set
