I was part of the RS, that was required to raise the money. This is a long term thing, not a flip, you don't flip companies that have made the claims that this one has, no one believes most of what they say, you have to approach those differently than flips. Curing cancer is not an over-nite thing, never has been. The RS was necessary, 200:1 was a bit steep, I think they could have done as well with 100 and hurt fewer people...they'd have been less likely to dump and leave.
