Well... have you forgotten how terrible the previous website was?

Any examples how their website generated any meaningful sales of anything in the past several years?

It looks like the new team has made the website a priority, too soon to tell if it will be worthwhile, but in todays world a well done web presence along with an active sales team can be quite effective. We know they have been hiring for sales, and this looks to be a step forward in upgrading web presence. This did not exist before.
