too long a delay, will be surprised if data is good


There has been no delay. Humanigen management has been guiding Q2 since before the ACTIV-5 trial completed.

ACTIV-1 released TLD on June 2nd and ACTIV-1's study completed 6 weeks earlier than the ACTIV-5.

The ACTIV-5 is a government trial and there is a shortage of CROs. An investor being impatient is not the same as trial results being delayed.
