DSCR is a Shell Risk and is in Caveat Emptor status.



This means that only way to Pink is via a sponsoring Broker Dealer filing a 15 c 211 on their behalf. Otc Markets exemption DOES NOT APPLY, they blew that exemption / deadline last year.

Do you think any Broker Dealer is ever going to approve this application. The second they do, they are on the hook for the undisclosed authorized capital increase.

Not impossible, but company would first have to file a registered rescission because there 3(a) 9 exemption is blown. Do you think DSCR has the ability to buy back the shares that were sold in March - May 2021 pump and dump.

Maybe they can tap into the collateral backing the DSC coin (kidding).

To all the true bag holders, I am a messenger, your best bet of seeing your money back is to sue everyone involved in this. Lawyers, company, stock promoters, convertible debenture issuers, transfer agent.

That is why a Class Action is being formed.

Seriously misleading the people here, thinking this has a pulse. DSCR is dead in a cooler, hoping to get buried. That's is not going to happen, for all the people involved in this fraud, need to see the inside of a prison cell. IMHO
