I believe rs is a Non-issue anyway, I don't think it will even happen, it will rejected by the company, because they know the shareholders will reject it, Plus they know its a Nonsensical move, and Probrably wont need it...$$$ SYSX WILL PROBABLY REACH $10.00+ OR MORE ANYWAY BY ITSELF.
