Amazing the gall exists for us to continue hearing the same rhetoric when it has been proven wrong time and time again. #noshame

Hopefully this deal does close but I also suspect it won’t be in July. Just because all the questions were answered doesn’t mean they are satisfactory to the lender or more information isn’t required.

Expect to hear exactly that in the next update, “upon the lender’s request, further clarification is needed and we expect to close as soon as approval is provided.”

As for price, $2 is the next price level I hope we see sustained. If it’s more then great, but this $5-20 is going to take a lot more than a few PRs, I believe. I think a lot of shares are going to free up for sale around there.

Biggest issue for me is that it has taken Ron John’s two years to possibly close on property. If the build-out is managed in the same fashion fueled by optimism and hope, with unforeseen problems and endless delays, it’s going to be a disaster.

Hopefully they hand it over to the pros and just stay out of the way but somehow I suspect that isn’t what’s going to happen.

Closing alone would be a major and unprecedented success for ECSL so I hope they get it done one of these days …
