I'll have to see if the WalMart looks any better yet. At Target, electronics to the left and toys to the right. So,it almost looks like an internal conflict if this wasn't mirrored at WarMart. As if electronics is telling toys, "No, that's your dept. Ours ends here and yours starts here." And Toys retorts, "NOOO, that's yours. Clearly, toys ends here, not there..."

Which makes me wonder, where is the regional supervisor? Maybe if the entire store was ransacked like last time, I could think, okay, staffing issues and terrorists for customers. But, no. Just this one section. God, that's annoying. Everybody should be disciplined!
