If FINRA suddenly asks for additional information it could give some hope to the Company that the process is underway and they decide to give it some more time.

But if FINRA remains silent and does not give any indications that the dividend distribution is processed, I think the company "will take other measures to solve the problem". HZ was quite concise in his words.

Then again I suppose it could take some time for the Company to take a decision to move on to "other measures". And we know that they are not the masters of communication so I'd be a bit surprised if they decided to communicate as soon as this week.

On the other hand, the Company could be as p**sed off as we are, about all this and they could already be good to go to plan B - or is it C, D or E by now...
