Here's SUTI won't be uplisted to PINK/Current IMO. So far Eddie has...

***Provided the required disclosures-- the most recent being on 5/9/22

***Provided the Attorney Opinion letter on 2/14/22. The attorney is Mark H. Cheung..the same guy who provided AURI's opinion last June.

So what's the problemm-o?

Only two of Eddie's tickers are NOT flagged by OTC as "Shell Risks." Those are the only two that enjoy PINK/Current status

IMO OTC doesn't want people to mistakenly think these shells have their houses in order. The YIELD sign is there to warn them to look deeper.

Add to that, SUTI's has been utterly scandblasted, scrubbed, sanitized of its long pathetic history. You have to go back to the 2015 and earlier filings to find names, numbers and other details like wanted felon Luther R. Jeffries Eddie installed as CEO of both SUTI and PRPM .
