Well, I HAVE READ the filing/request for reconsideration. AT THE TIME OF THE FILING, THEY WERE NOT PETITIONING FOR A WRIT OF MANDAMUS.... Reading the filing, AS I DID, you could take the wording as possibly suggestion that a petition would be forthcoming, if Judge Albright rules against transfer.

There are no "feelings" involved, that is ridiculous! WHERE DOES THAT COME FROM? But, being Judge Albright has had a fight going with the the appeals court, there is A COST to filing a petition and losing. IF THERE IS NO WORRY AND NO COST TO FILING THE PETITION FOR WRIT, WHY HAVEN'T ALL THREE FILED??????? HEY, LET'S JUST GIVE IT A GO... THAT IS RIDICULOUS AND IS TOTALLY ILLOGICAL!

I don't think any will file, I don't think they have cause! THAT IS WHY WE DON'T, AT THIS TIME HAVE TO "GET PAST" THE FICTIONAL FILING! If one files, then we deal with it!

We are already underway in Waco. It seems to be going very well and echo will be heard in ca and by fb/goog.

fb should really be watching the big picture. A bit of a pissing match going on between aapl and fb!

I’m sure neither one of the three infringers are concerned with the cost of filing a freaking Mandamus. LMAO

Yeah, so if they do file a Mandamus, it’s going to hurt Albright’s feelings. Hmmm, I would think, he’s expecting any company in any one of his cases to try a Mandamus. Hurting his feeling or not, lol, really isn’t going to change any of his future decision.

Hmm, I don’t believe I was the one that said they wouldn’t try a Mandamus, if they failed to get it overturned after asking for Albright to reconsider.

As it was mentioned, in a prior post, apparently it was stated right in their filing, that Amazon was asking for reconsideration, rather than filing a Mandamus. Apparently, those were their exact words, more or less. So, therefore, will they then file a Mandamus, after putting this in their filing?

I never mentioned that they wouldn't try a Mandamus, if they failed at asking to reconsider. But, it seems like they’ve stated they wouldn’t. So, who really knows, I haven’t read their request to reconsider.
