The t/aapl cases are dismissed. They aren't "kinda" dismissed, "semi" dismissed, "temporarily" dismissed.....THEY ARE DISMISSED AND NEW CASES COULD BE RE-FILED... Oh, and because they are DISMISSED does no in anyway mean t/aapl "are off the hook"!

AS TO THE NO COST OF PETITIONING FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS, how about an analogy:

Judge Albright, in a manner, might be thought of as a referee in the court. I've refereed many basketball games and when it came to close calls, the quiet player, as opposed to the loud mouth, would tend to get the call that was fitty-fitty. Judge Albright is not a machine, he is a man. If one side, say amzn, is constantly challenging his rulings(say going to a petition), as opposed to trying to work with him, my guess is the constant challenger is not getting the close calls. Simple logic!

AND, THERE ARE NOT ANY PETITIONS AT THIS TIME, NO APPEALS TO THE SUPREME COURT! Nothing to "get past"!

I do believe VPLM will start heating up a bit, shortly. Judge Albright's RBR ruling is pending. New attorney onboard...something is cooking!

Everything here is MY OPINION! I am making NO buy or sell recommendations here! DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE!
