The inclusion of the term without prejudice in a judgment of dismissal ordinarily indicates the absence of a decision on the merits and leaves the parties free to litigate the matter in a subsequent action, as though the dismissed action had not been started.

"SUBSEQUENT ACTION".... In other words, ANOTHER ACTION. The parties lose no rights to REFILE! THERE IS NO "UN-DISMISS", the dismissal is permanent!

This just is not that difficult!

This was DEBUNKED months ago. If they were dismissed permanently, then they would of been dismissed, “with prejudice”! Facts are important!
