WHAT? Yes, amzn gave a try of going to the judge, FIRST! That does NOT mean after Judge Albright turns them down that they won't file a petition for Writ of Mandamus.

Kinda goes to my argument that trying the judge first, as to not getting on his bad side by going straight to petition is a better way.

I don't think any of the three have a cause to file over, so I don't think they will. THERE ARE COSTS TO FILING!




Basis for an argument is easy! I’ve stated in one of my prior posts and I’m not repeating myself.

“Amazon could still petitions”. Hmmm, I believe this was answered in another post, aka, in Amazon’s filing to reconsider, instead of a Mandamus. Accuracy is important.
