Converting Debt is always a good thing.
Why would shareholders not enjoy buying cheaper discounted shares?
Actually the conversions are so small it really doesn't have that much impact on share price. Prices are mostly lower because we are in the middle of a Bear Market that is hitting 10s of thousands of companies share price, as BUYERS are not bidding prices up, they don't have to Sellers are throwing shares away for now.
This will change soon and the reversal may actually already be in progress.
