BUTT, WHY NOT TRY PETITIONING??? Oh, maybe because it might not endear your side to a judge you might have to battle before??? HOW ABOUT THAT? Maybe then you might not get the close calls? Court procedure comes down to a lot of sales.

We got to get pass "MANDAMUS", which isn't there. How about appeals to the Supreme Court, WHICH AREN'T THERE!???

Unbelievable, the coming up with crap that isn't there, putting question into minds of holders! If a petition for Writ of Mandamus comes, then we deal with it!

Petition for Writ of Mandamus, although no stop watch on it, is a timely attempt at a remedy... Time is running long!

Things are working our way....PATIENCE!!!
