That is a fair assessment. However, it was not merely a concern about litigation. I recall Nasrat mentioning they did not have a distributor willing to provide sales and market support AND there was an issue with insurance...a big issue, as in, Elite could not get the needed insurance.

Separately, the last time I looked at their website, Nostrum has still not commercialized the drugs Elite sold them. So there is that...
