I also view the clone of my friend as someone that probably got lucky as I'm not sure how my deceased friend pulled it off. I was absent during that "blackout period" and what happened under cover. But somehow, they both get into a position where they have smarter people working for them. Like Ault is not a genius from what I see. And saying things he does is SOO UNPROFESSIONAL. LIke the "get your head out of your ass."" Does Warren Buffett talk like that? No.

So, he would be being advised by good lawyers at thsi point I imagine. I would suspect some person(s) bring him opportunities and maybe somebody brought the opening of MICS to his attention after someone smarter analyzed the balnance sheet, made sure there was no poison pills in the way, etc. That's just my guess. Which is good for Ault that he's smart enough to know to surround himself with good advisors if my hunch is correct. That's how I operate and how I would operate in his shoes.

Again, ALL SPECULATION. And in that podcast, that probably is his real friend and the girl is a relative. And I'm sure many people are benefiting, getting paid, but it's not his common shareholders. They are the funders. They are the ones donating their money to the cause for a tax break. That's my take. Because he is a great salesman. And I do not believe his motives are malicious. Or ever started out that way. Maybe it feels that way to some, but I doubt that was his intent. And I am biased by this being so much of a clone (and I'm not exaggerating) of a former deceased friend of mine.
