.....1. the paying agent could be getting all cusips back on the DTC holding list........???..........would explain what is going on with the stock and mayhaps a payout is being processed....................????.................might be nothing or a low-ball.........

.....2. IF.........IF..............we can't get any FDIC monies, which hold up a liquidation payout....................UNTIL ALL UWB RECEIVER RECOVERIES are collected.......even if we ain't getting any................................THREE+ YEARS and the defendants (16 banks) could even fight back to the SCOTUS, if the banks get hit with a $2-billion claim - - - which is possible.............there is guilt and in all legal proceedings the banks say a large judgement will BK most of them....!!!!!!...............
