I better walk this statement back a little. Probably our mgmt. has mixed feelings. I am happy for my selfish reasons. They may see an advantage. He seems like he'd want them to stay and be standoffish. But then again, he does want to mess with our cash so he does disrupt their plans.

But in some respect, I think it's poetic justice. Here Gary and company put their heart and soul into this company. Stingray comes along which is great, takes a board seat, but they seem to have gotten greedy and maybe pushy on the $4 secondary. Cash they didn't really need. So the trip to Nasdaq backfired on them I think, but the stock is strong. They may have mixed feelings. It's hard to speculate. The CC would be VERY interesting to listen to.

I can only speak for myself. POETIC JUSTIC. That's my viewpoint. Everybody needs to make money. No excuses. Since I'm making money, that's all that matters. I don't trust anybody! I'm just happy! For all the reasons I state.

I say to Nile, pump this sucker to the moon and squeeze the shorts. Those are sleazy bastards too! I'd like to clear out my margin debt again, down to zero. If we went to $20, after the secondary dilution, you're talking a $1.00 pre-split which was a very fair price I think. The stock is undervalued in my opinion and just wasn't getting the respect it deserved. NILE has given us the respect we deserve. So my verdict: POETIC JUSTICE SERVED.
