.0162 is the price before the announcement imo because the 5 day chart looks like it is about to roll over, then it could have a run from there just based on selling all its assets, the return of preferred shares brings it back to .12 to .20 cents for an unknown time period, maybe an hour or a day without some new business plan stated.’ Many will throw their money in and see who can take it out first at the highest price, since you don’t know if the preferred share conversion money is already earmarked to pay off some entity or loan, a fun game. All imo.
