Something is Happening June30th Timeframe. CEO Tad Mailander sound like he accidently threw us a bone and mentioned this date in the last PR. It seems kind of odd the way he mentioned it but you can tell whatever is going on behind the scenes that they cant reveal right now is definitely linked to this date and timeframe...lets just say its not smart to be on the sidelines without shares before June 30th, lol..

The company is continuing its due diligence and discussions pertaining to the possible licensing deal with Puri Blood, as well as other acquisition opportunities. In addition, the company is in the process of engaging a PCAOB audit firm to complete a two year audit of the company as part of an effort to file registration statement with the SEC.
