I don't know. I don't remember him saying "American." Maybe he did. I sure didn't even think of it that way. That could be another window-dressing sort of thing. So, what is the rule of the real NYSE then? He's on the old AMEX exchange. Not saying he is using language as a chamaleon on purpose, but it could be shifty that way IFF done intentionally. Wow. That's like David Copperfield stuff there. :)

They may raise a lot of cash from their investment in that SPAC. I may take a venture there. They haven't come through yet:

Ault Disruptive Technologies Corporation (ADRTU), a newly organized blank-check special purpose acquisition company formed as a Delaware corporation, today announced that it closed its initial public offering of 11,500,000 units at an offering price of $10.00 per unit. This includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 units. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and three-fourths of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one share of common stock at $11.50 per share.

It's currently at $10. Maybe it will spike way up like PHUN did on its IPO before fleecing shareholders as I see it. So many restricted shares on those IPOs that keep the float low and hands tied. I'll have to think about it. It would be aligned with NILE's motives I think since they have 2.8M shares invested in it which is 20% of the OS currently. Before emergence. And it too is on the NYSE American. I think there was regulation after PHUN's fleecing, one of the first SPAC's, since everyone that bought those warrants that are actually tradeable couldn't exercise them. I know Ault's libertarian fringe would have negative things to say about regulation, which is why I have no problem punching them in the mouth! LOL They get what they deserve when they vote against themselves as I see it.

It's all interesting. And all soo sleazy. But the businesses he gets are good and very interesting. Like his hotels. May be good to invest in the dead. In the fleeced. That whole bitcoin crowd are primarily in the liberttarian camp. I can't think of a better crowd to get fleeced. So maybe I should take their gifts at walk over their dead bodies and take their property and say thank you.

I'm goign to think this over. This is fun, for sure. Sleazy. Shady. But fun.
