Its funny what the last couple of years have done to things. My home value soared because I am on 10 acres and people are figuring out that its not bad to be close to Lake Michigan. The properties in Wisconsin are doing well also as Illinois (Chicago), is driving people out with taxes and violence.
On a good note, I loaned some money to our government, lol and took advantage of the 7.12 and 9.62 percent Ibond rate. We will see where that goes in Nov., but its at least 1 year of solid returns.
As for dbrm they need some rapid fire press releases even if the are a bit forward looking, lol
