Well if we ever get official word that CE request has been denied ... the next big date is July 18th. They finish reverse proffers and I am hoping we start seeing plea deals. I do not think it is a coincidence that the Taieb case after no updates for 1.5 years suddenly popped up in May that he would be arraigned and move to sentencing. They dropped 2 of the 3 charges against him and only charged him with 1 count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud in the USA vs Vaccaro case that does not involve CATV. And we will find out his official sentence recommendation next week and then the Judge reviews and I think they set a date around September after that to officially sentence him and off he goes to jail.

Of course the only one we need to hear taking a plea deal is Svorai if it involves something like them dropping the charges in the other Svorai case regarding his scheme in CATV. I think they will drop pursuit of the charges of his involvement with CATV. But then I am not sure what happens from there in terms of information on that case.

But the signals now are the Feds seem to be ramping up the pressure and they are ready to wrap this case up and move on. If Svorai were to take a plea we are looking at late July ... early August. A month or two to wrap up plea deals and sentencing. And then I guess we need to see either docs released on our case or it gets dropped? Not sure how that would work if Svorai takes a plea deal and they drop those charges ... or they dont and the indictment finally comes out I imagine would happen next.

Either way ... I think we will finally get resolution in the next couple of months and I think worse case before end of year. Just hope it is a good resolution and CE comes off.
