The Adar Bays case has now officially been dismissed against CATV as the parties settled and they submitted documentation to the Court that they are no longer pursuing and CATV is not responsible for the court and lawyer fees either.

Remember when IG said this to CB:

IG ... can you confirm that this did or did not happen? You were convinced the settlement would result in a 3a10 exemption scam. I find beauty often in nature. Beauty must truly be in the eye of the beholder.
