My broker isn't showing a date yet. I hope we do get a 10K next week. It's time, but I just don't see a date anywhere given...

Also ending the first quarter next week, the second worse quarter of the year. Maybe coming off the lows, poised for PR madness in August when sales really start ramping up is where they wanted to position themselves.

In the meantime, they just keep accumulating shares, slowly squeezing the shorts as their wiggle room gets smaller and smaller. And their percentage occupancy within the float gets larger and larger. That's just one theory is all.

Somewhere over $9 or $10 or $11 (I don't rememer where) 1.5 million warrants would become exercisable as well given enough liquidity. That would be interesting and another $10M cash for the company.
