BUYER BEWARE, this share selling scam is down $.10 over the past month, I don't see anything to support or stop the downwards spiral. I'd approach very cautiously. That BIG Ole YIELD sign isn't that encouraging either. Company Chipping away at the PPS just to trap old SH & create new stuckholders. Long as the price is above .0010 debt holders are fine. They want present SH to average down & new SH to get stuck on this slippery slope.
