"The only way to make this affordable is to build it at large scale and have policy support with a carbon tax."

if the gov is needed to continuously write welfare checks in order to make it happen, then its really not "affordable" at all...

"Policy will be in place by end of summer."

the policy was going to be in place 10 months ago...then 8 months ago...then 6 months ago...etc etc...now its going to happen by the end of summer....SMH..

“Extending the scope of our long-standing agreement is evidence of ExxonMobil and FuelCell Energy’s joint desire to accelerate commercial deployment of differentiated fuel cell carbon capture technology,” said Jason Few"

what a bunch of baloney...signing a new contract would be evidence that Exxon gives a crap about fcel...but that didnt happen...they got put on an extension...and then the extension got extended...and why were there milestones that exxon is requiring of fcel during the extensions?....just to keep them busy?...how many more extensions is Exxon willing to extend to fcel?...

something tells me that if fcel doesnt get that other milestone done (assuming that Exxon agrees they DID acheive the first one) Exxon will dump them...if they do acheive all the milestones, then they have a shot at a new contract...
