Is that why the we are back in the sub pennies?
That drives breakouts-on-volume, which hits everyone's stock-scanners & brings in buyers.
OTC kicking-ass lately based purely on the latter.
After the pump, those folks move on, and it's a handful of believers left to wonder what's up as PPS trickles back to where it was pre-pump.
