not really...if it IS yorkville getting this pps down to .047, im calling bullshit on that...they can get whatever shares they need at .07...beside yorville isnt doing any work...selling shares to willing buyers isnt a whole lot of work....
yorkville is just what kblb needed when they needed it...but they didnt come cheap...they got big discounts, big interest, 30 mil warrants, and so many shares registered that there was literally no risk to them at all...they got one hell of a sweet deal...and kblb got cash...at a very high price, but it was needed and there were no other options...
so okay...but this dropping to .04 because thats what yorkville wants?...HELL NO...shareholders should not have to bend over for them...and yorkville needs to know this...kblb has made yorkville money...and they know damn well there will be a hell of a lot more to be made...but the ceo has to make them understand that they cant just have their way with kblb...
bending over and letting yorkville do all the movement is not the momentum i had in mind....

yorkville is not this...

if a subcontractor in a few months decided that he wants to renegotiate the contract for double the money, what would kim do?...
whatever he does should be no different with yorville,,,

THEY ALSO are going to have to demonstrate understanding of the big picture...kblb is the reason yorkville is making money...and stands to make more in the future...IF they come up with better terms...
yorkville isnt stupid...they get the big picture...but they will do what kblb lets them get away with...
