Republicans need to be careful. They could blow the election on the abortion issue. They need to make clear that they are OPPOSED to any State's trying to ban birth control. And to be honest, they should propose that States allow first-trimester abortions.
There is going to be an explosion of births to poor women in the South. I predict the U.S. black population will go up significantly. More Democrats! Arkansas' constitution says life begins at conception. All abortions banned there.
Abortion will remain legal in Maryland, that is for sure.
