Speaking of stock presentations, it has been mentioned here that VXIT is waiting on the State of New York to approve the Registration A Offering in its jurisdiction. Thought it interesting that JK's other ticker released a PR back in March 2022.

Ground work has already been laid once New York Registration is approved.
