of shareholders VOTE NO...
It wouldn't pass, and have to be voted on again and again until majority of voting holders said yes.

How and When Are QUESTIONS THAT NEED
Be Discussed At A Meeting.

I think it's too soon after getting in Russell. But they have to explain situations to shareholders...
