IMO, AABB is not focusing on the mines, but on the Crypto Universe that it can carve out for itself.
Management has identified and acquired mines, not for the express purpose of being a god mining company, but for being a necessary source for the crypto universe.
The mines are an after thought, which is why the mines just sit there, waiting for progress. The mines will provide the gold necessary for the tokens.
IMO, the mines are the root, and the crypto tokens and related activity is the fruit that is borne from the tree.
On the other hand, the needed costs to make progress on the mines, far exceed the costs to get the crypto initiative moving forward. And there are more potential revenue streams in the Crypto Universe than the mines.
But, in my opinion , if Bonanza is the mother lode, as Benny supports with the Carlos Slime back story, then the Bonanza mine revenue will, by far, surpass the entirety of the Crypto initiative.
But, the time and cost of a mining crew will greatly exceed the crypto initiative.
But, the timing for the Crypto initiative is NOW, while the Gold Initiative is not particularly NOW, is ongoing, and Gold has not had a surge in value.
