regarding all SEC complaints:

1) If you have heard back from the SEC consumer affairs...then your complaint is no good...and they will tell you why.

2) Even if your complaint is filled electronically...please send in a hard copy asap!

3) If our complaints are correctly targeted then you will hear from the SEC within 6 weeks with some answers...or an update to why no cert exchange.
