FansFrenzyCorporation (The "Company") (OTC: FFZY) is pleased to announce a private placement agreement with the Anishinaabe Protector Foundation. The foundation has committed to a major investment of six million two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($6,250,000).

We are excited to have the Anishinaabe Protector Foundation becoming a shareholder and partner in our future projects.
