John Bourque's Board of Director Puppets negatively impact the availability of sources that can bring Bourque Industries towards success.

Simply put, John Bourque will not allow available means that can bring Kryron products to market, as that will remove John Bourque's share holding majority.

Thus, John Bourque's Board of Director Puppets march to the drum of John Bourque rather than their required legal duties.
