There is no way in hell I am going to accept this trash as factual after all the share structure misinformation I've uncovered.
We all know the freely tradeable number of atmh shares can change at any time.

Also , the fact of the matter is that restricted stock can and does get dumped into the otc market.
SEC LITIGATION RELEASES HAVE SHOWN THE LENGTHS FRAUDSTERS ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO GO IN THEIR PURSUIT OF THE ILL GOTTEN GAIN. Illegally Selling restricted stock is but one method.
The proper way to state it would be to say "restricted stock cannot simply be LEGALLY dumped into the market."

2.9 million shares are the only shares that are trading in the market right now. Show us another ticker with only 2.9 million shares in their float. Why should we blow smoke promoting that the restricted shares can be dumped before coming off restriction?? They can't and most already know that. Almost her whole O/S is restricted and have been since 2018.

THE CLAIM STATING ALMOST THE WHOLE OS HAS BEEN RESTRICTED SINCE 2018 PROVES MY POINT THAT THE NUMBER OF FREELY TRADEABLE ATMH STOCK CAN CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

So no thanks, not buying a word of that CONVOLUTED crap.
