I have been catching .003 on the bid all week so apparently someone really wants me to make some money here. That amended S-1 on the 21st looks fair to me. The 88% to market doesn't undercut shareholders to the extent most others do. Best of all the rate isn't fixed. Chan needs to juice this soon in my opinion if he wants to check the decline and begin to raise funds at a reasonable rate. This ticker is way over due and has strong legs when it takes a notion.
