Bioamber had the funding needed, https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/bioamber-receives-favourable-court-ruling-and-approval-for-dip-financing-685857401.html, they did continue with restructuring, did not sink and did not liquidate, Pwc played a game and took control with lies and the assets (tangible only), we know the company as a whole was sold during restructuring and they need to buy the shares to finalize, stop playing games we know who lies
