I wouldn’t be so worried about the preferred shares or the Form 10 , I think once they launch this monster that’s when we see this all come together. Right now they don’t have much to audit so once they start this new business that’s when they will do it . This company has retired billions of shares and hasn’t been diluting on the shareholders , my guess is all that they said they would do will happen
