Sounds like FORM 10 that they were expecting to file - is with auditors and a special form 10 attorney and ONCE the stamp of approval on it - (blablablablabla) that will be Quote "the gateway to some great financing that is non-dilutive for SIRC".

So - Form 10 with lawyers supposedly (which can be months no doubt..........
got to hand it to Dave - great excuse (how does he think of this BullShit?))

And THEN THEN THEN a "gateway"? ......to great financing.
We went from waiting for the infamous swift code for a HALF A YEAR from some bizarre new offshore bank next to a KFC - to now -
today, will have a "gateway" for great financing.
