They are valuing the deal post split. Looks like they are figuring a 1,000 for 1 split, giving SYSX’s shares near a $10.00 valuation. Read this statement from the 10Q carefully: “The first sentence of the section of the Heads of Terms entitled “Purchase Price Consideration” was amended and restated to read: “The Purchase Price shall be comprised of the issuance to the Seller of 4,697,917 fully paid, non-assessable shares of the Purchaser valued at $45,100,000.00.””
Hmmm. Be careful.
