HPNN - filing for bankruptcy?

CEO Petey, you do know that bankruptcy protection does not protect when there is fraud or criminal activity involved.
You owe $9 million to one person - that is over 1/2 the total HPNN market cap.
Looks like they may seize your ownership of the unrelated (not a HPNN subsidiary digitalage), too.
And the debtors examination may reveal how you may have been funneling cash from unpaid loans to HPNN into your slimy pockets at digitalnothing. You are well-known for this.
