So they are going after Curt Doty, digitalage, HPNN, and HPNN CEO Peter D Michaels.

Looks like Dan, the previous CEO, will likely own all of HPNN and digitalage when he is done with them. This is $9 million dollars in debt they owe, in addition to all the other money owed. And bankruptcy won't shield them if the court case Petey lost was for fraud or criminal activity.

And Petey and Curt have no choice but to provide all their personal and corporate financial documents to the court. Great find.
