Well it depends on the eyes of the beholder.

a. Does he have his act together. As a business person yes his achievements and properties they have built shows that.

b. Is it taking some time for this DEVM . Yes it had re-originate out of the ashes after Covid took down the Marriott deal. So if one knows the history you know how they were setting up the legal side for ownership between the properties. All went to the way side.

c. Then here it comes all move to Florida, the OTC side had disclosures, addresses change , new projects start again and so forth. My read is that there is a LEGAL item going on and it is being set up to move ahead. I looking to see the next set of disclosures and what is holding up the Yield to Pink Current , has to be something Legal , so lets see.

d. I do agree and have been here prior when this exploded... History will repeat itself shortly and I am ready .
